Earth Day 2011

Earth Day 2011 was celebrated at the Library with a visit from the Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse. They brought donated items for the creative participants to make original creations from race cars to tiaras to whatever their imagination inspired. The children and parents spent a fun filled hour making whatever they pleased and then took their creations home. The Friends of the Library funded this educational and fun activity.
