The William E. Anderson Library of Penn Hills opened on October 1, 2007. We invite the community to come out and see your new library. We think you will be surprised and pleased at the beautiful architecture inside and out. The Children's Library has received a wonderful gift from a local artist. Mary Elizabeth Franco is doing a beautiful mural. Right now it is a work in progress. You are invited to come and see her progress whenever you are at the Library. The Library is truly grateful for Ms. Franco's volunteer donation of her time and materials to further beautify the Children's Library. Below are some pictures of the mural as of March 6, 2008.
